Current Internal Training within the Electrical Utilities

The training metrics survey was conducted to collect information from training managers and training directors regarding trainer qualifications and training capacity management within their organizations. The survey was open from November 8 to December 24, 2010 and garnered responses from 13 utilities from across the country as well as organizations within the solar energy sector. The results of survey provided valuable insights into the qualifications of trainers, the sources of training content and the overall internal training systems within electrical organizations from across the country.

The sections in the drop down menu to the left under "Current Internal Training Within the Electrical Utilities" provide an overview of survey responses from 13 utilities from across the country.
